GENERAL POLICIES
No Conflict of Business
No conflict of interest will be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Buying or selling services on-site
- Offering outside or commercial coaching
- Advertising of any kind (services, merchandise, branding)
- Unauthorized photography or media for commercial use
- Advertising tents, booths, signage, or displays
Any violation will result in immediate removal from the facility. If you wish to offer any service, prior written approval from CSX is required.
Photography & Media Rights
By attending or participating in this event, you grant ClubSport Experience (CSX) the unrestricted right to capture and use photographs, video, audio, and other media of you, your vehicle, and your likeness for marketing, promotional purposes, and future event advertising without compensation.
General Rules
All sales are final, and the track day will proceed rain or shine unless officially canceled by the venue. No refunds will be issued unless the event is officially canceled. Waivers are mandatory for all participants and guests prior to entering the venue. A gate fee of $10–$20 per person may be required by property management. Attendance at the driver briefing is mandatory before any on-track session.
PADDOCK & VENUE RULES
- Paddock speed limit is 12 MPH maximum and is strictly enforced
- No burnouts, drifting, donuts, stunts, or excessive engine revving
- Drones are not allowed in the facility
- No Bicycles,scooters,skateboards, any one wheel or 2 wheel equipment allowed outside of paddock area
- No alcohol, illegal substances, or impairing materials before or during the event
- Any spills, damages, or property abuse will be charged to the responsible party
- Participants must maintain cleanliness and properly dispose of trash and fluids
- Access is limited to designated paddock, pit, and spectator areas only
- Respect all participants, staff, and property at all times
- Pets must remain leashed at all times and are restricted to paddock areas only
VEHICLE & TECH INSPECTION
- No Electric Vehicles are permitted by the track facility
- All vehicles must pass technical inspection prior to being cleared for track use
- Vehicles must be in fully operational and safe condition at all times
Maintenance & Vehicle Condition
Vehicles must be properly maintained. Any vehicle found leaking fluids (including oil, brake fluid, coolant, or fuel) will not be permitted on track. Track/Paddock/Venue - Any damage to property or cleanup costs resulting from vehicle issues like fluid leaks will be charged directly to the vehicle owner. No vehicles are insured at the racetrack, and all liability rests solely with the participant.
Mechanical Failures
- Any mechanical failure that causes a vehicle to be towed off the track will result in that vehicle being prohibited from returning to the track without explicit CSX approval
- Any drivetrain-related failure, including but not limited to brakes, engine, oiling system, suspension, drivetrain components, or driver-related mechanical failure will result in immediate and permanent removal from further on-track participation for the remainder of the event
- Minor mechanical issues may be evaluated and ruled upon at CSX’s sole discretion
Vehicle Requirements
- Tow hooks or tow points are mandatory
- Battery must be securely mounted with proper tie-downs
- Tires must:
- Have a minimum of 2/32" tread depth
- Show no cords or visible damage
- Be no more than 4 years old, measured from the DOT manufacture date
- Convertibles must have factory rollover protection or an approved aftermarket roll bar (style bars are not accepted)
DRIVER EQUIPMENT
- Snell-rated SA2015 or newer helmets are required
- Seat belts or harnesses must be fully functional and properly mounted
- No passengers are allowed during on-track sessions
- No minors (under 18 years of age) may drive or ride in participating vehicles
ON-TRACK CONDUCT
- Drivers are assigned a run group and vehicle number and must comply at all times
- Vehicle numbers must be clearly displayed on both sides of the vehicle
- No external camera mounts (including suction cups, selfie sticks, or similar devices) are permitted
- Aggressive driving, unsafe passes, or failure to follow flags or staff instructions will result in immediate removal or ban
ACKNOWLEDGMENT & ENFORCEMENT
ClubSport Experience (CSX) is not responsible for any damage, theft, or mechanical failure of vehicles or personal belongings. By registering and participating, all drivers and attendees acknowledge that motorsports activities are inherently dangerous and agree to abide by all CSX rules, staff decisions, and enforcement actions.
CSX reserves the right to refuse service, deny track access, or remove any participant or vehicle at any time for safety, compliance, or operational reasons without refund.
