 A Track Day or HPDE (High-Performance Driver Education), is a safe event where you drive your own car on a road course. Drivers are grouped by skill level and coached by pro instructors to build skill, confidence, and control.

For a car track day, essential gear includes a helmet (Snell 2015 or newer).
